- The maximum time that a child can use these facilities is 3 hours.
- Minimum age: 3 – Maximum age: 10.
- The number of children using the facilities at any one time must not exceed 30.
- Children must wear suitable clothing for both the time they spend inside the facilities and when they go outside.
- On Saturday, Sundays and public holidays, the facilities will be manned by two people.

| Non-compliance with the above regulations exempts the company from any responsibility arising as a result. |

- The adults responsible for the child must leave written identification details and a contact telephone number. They are not allowed to remain on the premises longer than the time necessary to drop off or collect the child.
On dropping off the child, the adult responsible will be given accreditation. When he or she returns to pick up the child, the adult must supply this accreditation, along with his or her National Identity Card or passport.
- The charge for this service is 3 € / hour, with the maximum time permitted to leave the child set at 3 hours.
Once this period of 3 hours has passed, a surcharge of 50 € for each hour over the limit will be imposed.
- Food and drink are not allowed within the facilities.
- All children should wear suitable clothing for both the time they spend inside the facilities and when they go outside into the snow.
- Under no circumstances will medication be administered to children, nor will babies’ nappies be changed.
